THREE YEAR GUARANTEE
We're not perfect. From time to time our blinds will be delivered to you with faults that have slipped through our quality assurance process. Should you find a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee our goods for 3 years and will do everything necessary to rectify the problem. Our guarantee is simple. We will replace or repair, at our expense, blinds with manufacturing defects.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Our guarantee does not cover the following:
- The expected behaviours listed here
- Normal wear and tear
- Normal fading of fabrics and dyes
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidental damage and insurable events
- Use of abrasive cleaning products
- Incorrect installation
Defects can be functional or cosmetic. We define cosmetic defects as follows:
“If a defect is visible with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 metres, it is not acceptable. If a defect is not visible with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 metres, it is acceptable.”
